Sample
7–10 days for a proto. Sample fee is refunded against the bulk order. Courier at cost.
Bulk
25 days after sample approval and deposit. Weekly photo updates, final inspection report before packing.
Ship
EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Shanghai, or DDP by air and sea. We handle export documents and carton marks.

What we are not
We are not a marketplace and we are not a dye house. Every order is sewn in our own workshop in Changsha, and every fabric is knitted from colored cotton yarn we buy from mills within the province. If a request needs a colour outside the naturally occurring range, we will tell you to go to a dye house rather than pretend otherwise.
Who we work with
Roughly a third of our volume is European DTC brands in the €25–45 underwear bracket, a third is Japanese and Korean wholesale, and the rest is split between North American importers, Gulf distributors and hotel/spa programmes. All of them buy the same argument: colour that was never dyed.
