Colored cotton clothing — tees, loungewear, sleepwear, babywear
Beyond underwear, the same undyed brown and green cotton carries a full basics range: heavyweight tees, rib tanks, pyjama sets, robes and babywear. Cut and sewn to your patterns, or developed from ours.
Tees & tops
160–220 gsm jersey, boxy or regular, single or two-tone with cream ribbing. The 220 gsm heavyweight is our most requested style for streetwear labels.
Loungewear & sleepwear
Pyjama sets, shorts, wide-leg pants and robes in 180–240 gsm. Undyed colour reads as "quiet luxury" without a dye lot to match across sizes.
Babywear
Bodysuits, sleepsuits, bibs and swaddles in 190–220 gsm interlock. Flat seams, nickel-free snaps, no dye chemistry next to newborn skin.
Knit accessories
Socks, beanies and small accessories in colored cotton yarn — a low-MOQ way to test the shade in your market before committing to cut-and-sew.
Fabric by the roll
Jersey, rib, interlock and fleece in stock shades, 20–60 kg per colour. For brands that cut in their own facility.
Private label
Your label, your hangtag, your polybag, your carton mark. We handle the artwork proof and send a photo of the first packed carton before shipping.
How a colored cotton garment ages
Brown cotton is the more forgiving of the two. The tannin pigment oxidises slowly and the fabric often looks better after twenty washes — softer, slightly deeper, with a faint patina at the seams. Green cotton is more sensitive to heat and sunlight: hot washing and a sunny drying line will take it toward sage within a season.
We pre-shrink and pre-wash everything, so the "aged" look arrives as a design feature rather than a shrinkage surprise. Care labels are printed with cold-wash, no-bleach, shade-dry instructions in your market's language.
Mixing shades in one garment
Because the palette is naturally limited, the strongest design move is contrast within the range: brown body with cream rib, olive sleeve on a sage body, tonal brown stitching. We keep stock of all five shades so a two-tone style does not become a two-month lead time.
